We find and sell a range of brass and copper ornaments and useful items. Brass behaves similarly to copper when exposed to air and water — it will take on a blue-green colour. Because brass is two-thirds copper — so it behaves similarly over time. Brass’s patina effect is a little greener; copper’s colour is closer to blue. Some of our items have been polished to remove the tarnishing. However, you can request items that have not been polished and still have the aged patina.
